Terms Confidentiality All reasonable steps are taken to  ensure all your material is kept strictly confidential. Your details are not passed on to any third party for any reason other than as may be required by law. Secretarial & Administration Support Services  Your Virtual Assistant Payment of Accounts All on-going accounts are invoiced at the end of each calendar month and are payable within 7 days. For the first month, a 30% deposit of the expected monthly total is to be paid in advance. All casual work requires a 50% deposit before being started. Prices Our prices are primarily based on an hourly rate and can be discussed at the beginning of any contract or job. The minimum rate is $45 per hour + GST. The minimum time charged for is 30 minutes, unless agreed otherwise by both parties. Monthly contracts can be negotiated.
